VPN Quick Start

Start by opening the VPNYH account creation page. You only need to set a username and password, and no email address is required. Use a username that is easy for you to recognize without confusing it with an account on another website. Set a unique password and store it securely. Submit the form, then open the user panel or sign in with the username and password you just set.

After signing in, check that the username shown in the upper-right corner or account area is yours. This simple check helps prevent ordering a plan for the wrong account when your browser has saved another session. If the page remains on the sign-in screen, enter your username and password again; there is no need to create another account. Once inside the panel, do not look for a client yet. Prepare your plan and available data first.

VPNYH supports use on any number of devices, so you do not need separate accounts for a computer and tablet. Get the subscription from the same account and import it on your devices. Your subscription link is an account credential and should not be posted in public chats, screenshots, or shared documents. We will cover this again when you get the link.

Open the Plans page in the user panel to see monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. You do not need to study every route parameter first. Choose based on your usage: occasional browsing and file transfers can start with a smaller tier, while video, remote collaboration, or frequent multi-device use calls for more headroom.

Data packages use a different billing model: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They last until the data is used and never expire. They suit irregular usage when you want data to decrease only as you use it. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. For a first setup, choose the tier that covers your current needs; you can adjust it later instead of overestimating from the start.

After confirming your plan, open the order page. Check the plan name, data allowance, and amount, then choose an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel. Do not rely only on the payment page to confirm activation; check the plan status and subscription section in the panel. If your browser does not return automatically, reopen the user panel and refresh the account overview. Once the order status syncs, continue.

All plans include a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. Complete the normal activation process; there is no need to create multiple test orders. Once the panel shows an active plan, copy the subscription link so the client can retrieve your routes.

After the plan becomes active, open the user panel overview and find the option to copy your subscription link under Subscription or Connection information. This is not a normal webpage address; it is the credential a client uses to retrieve route configuration. Click Copy to place the full address on your clipboard, then go directly to the client for your platform. Do not manually edit any characters or add spaces before or after the link.

If you need to recognize the link format in this guide, refer only to the clearly fake value below. It cannot connect to VPNYH and contains no real account information. Always copy the actual link from your own user panel. Do not copy the example or use an address sent by someone else.

You can import the same subscription on multiple devices you own, but complete the process from a trusted environment on each device. If the subscription link becomes public, anyone who has it may be able to read the associated configuration. If you suspect that the link was exposed, return to the panel and check the subscription management options, then stop sharing the old link. For everyday use, you do not need to copy routes one by one; update the subscription in the client to sync the available configuration.

If the subscription option does not appear in the overview, first confirm that the plan is active and refresh the page. Do not place repeated orders while an order is processing, as this may create duplicates. If the plan is active but the subscription section is still missing, submit a ticket through the user panel. Once you have the link, all that remains is finding the correct import option on your device.

The client reads your subscription, displays routes, and establishes the connection. VPNYH supports Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux; this page covers the four common graphical platforms first. Client downloads are available in the user panel. After signing in, choose the version for your system or review the compatible-client notes. Static installer links are not provided because downloads and subscriptions must match your current account status.

After importing, choose a route whose region matches the target service and whose path fits your needs, then start the connection. Do not run multiple clients that provide the same type of network control at the same time, as system proxy and VPN settings may override one another. An enabled connection button only confirms the client's local action; verify the changed exit region through an actual connection test.

Open this site's IP Check page and review the current exit region. If it matches the selected route, the connection is handling your traffic. Then open the website or app you actually need and test sign-in, page loading, and sustained connectivity. Checking only whether the homepage opens is not enough; longer sessions, file transfers, and video playback provide a better indication of whether the route suits your situation.

If the IP region has not changed, return to the client and confirm that the connection switch is still enabled, then check that you selected the newly imported configuration. Some desktop clients separate route selection from enabling the system proxy. If you only select a route without enabling the proxy, your browser may continue using the original network. On mobile, confirm that the system status area shows a VPN connection rather than stopping at the client's route details page.

After verification succeeds, you can keep the current subscription in the client. When the route list changes, open subscription management and click Update; there is no need to create another account or buy the same plan again. When switching devices, repeat the Get subscription, import, and connection verification steps to complete the setup.

When importing fails, do not start by switching clients repeatedly. Return to the user panel, confirm that the plan is still active, and copy the complete subscription link again. After pasting it, check for spaces before or after the address and make sure you used Import from URL rather than local file import. If the client already contains a subscription with the same name, update the original subscription first to avoid duplicate configurations and a confusing route list.

If the subscription updates but routes will not connect, switch to another route, then disconnect completely and start the connection again. On desktop, check that the system proxy is enabled. On macOS and iOS, check that system network permissions were approved. On Android, check that the app can still run in the background. Do not change many settings at once; change one condition and test again so you can identify where the problem occurs.

If a route connects but the target service remains unstable, the issue usually goes beyond beginner setup. Consider the region distance, route topology, packet loss, and time of use. A shorter distance does not necessarily produce the best result, and direct routes, relays, and IEPL dedicated lines involve different trade-offs. Visit the Routes and Protocols page to choose based on your situation instead of switching through every protocol blindly.

If your account status, subscription updates, and client permissions are all normal but the connection still cannot be established, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket. Describe your platform, the client's current message, whether the subscription updates, whether the IP check changed, and which steps you have already tried. More complete information makes troubleshooting more direct and avoids repeated questions.
