Welcome to VPNYH. These terms apply to the VPNYH website, user panel, client access, and related subscription services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop using the relevant services.

Service Scope and Applicability

VPNYH provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access and connections to international websites, covering 120+ countries / 240+ routes and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The routes, access methods, and client entry points available at any time are shown in the user panel.

The service is designed to improve the connection path between your device and the destination network. Actual performance is affected by your local network, the destination website, the selected route, device settings, and external network conditions. VPNYH may adjust nodes and access methods for maintenance, resource allocation, or security reasons, without changing the traffic entitlement of a plan already purchased.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; an account can be created with a username and password. Keep your login credentials secure and remain responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for the registered user and their own devices only. You may not rent, resell, publicly publish, exchange access, or redistribute subscription content as part of another commercial service.

The service supports an unlimited number of devices, but this does not permit account sharing with others. If a large number of unrelated devices, different users, or abnormal connection activity significantly affects service resources or other users, VPNYH may ask you to verify account use and apply necessary access controls.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and the upgrade difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before purchasing, check the plan type, traffic allowance, and account information. After payment, the relevant entitlement can be viewed in the user panel.

Compliance Requirements

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and in the context where the service is used. You may not use VPNYH for illegal activity, unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, network attacks, fraud, infringing distribution, or other conduct that harms the lawful rights of third parties. You may not interfere with route operations, evade reasonable resource-management measures, or continuously consume service resources far beyond normal personal use through automated means.

You are responsible for content accessed, uploaded, downloaded, or processed through your account. VPNYH provides connectivity and does not participate in transactions, content publication, or account management between you and third-party websites. VPNYH does not guarantee changes to third-party rules, content accuracy, or continued availability of third-party services.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNYH performs route maintenance, handles faults, and allocates resources, but does not promise consistent performance across all locations, destination websites, or network environments. Device system updates, local network fluctuations, upstream route changes, destination service restrictions, and external events beyond reasonable control may cause disconnections, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some functions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNYH is not responsible for indirect losses beyond its reasonable control, interruptions to third-party services, incorrect device configuration, or consequences caused by failure to secure your account properly. If you experience connection issues, first try another route, check your client settings, and submit a ticket through the user panel with details of the problem.

Suspension and Termination

If you violate these terms, resell or share a subscription, threaten service security, interfere with other users, or use the service for illegal activity, VPNYH may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the relevant account and subscription. Any action will consider the nature of the conduct, its scope of impact, and verifiable information.

You may stop using the service at any time. After account termination, you may not use expired subscription credentials to access routes or continue access by redistributing old configurations. Transaction and dispute-related information that must be retained by law will be handled under applicable requirements.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Submit a refund request through a ticket in the user panel. To help verify the order, the request should come from the corresponding payment account and include identifiable order information. This refund commitment does not affect any other rights available to you under applicable law.

VPNYH may revise these terms due to service changes, legal requirements, or changes to security rules. Updated content will be published on the relevant page of this site or in the user panel, together with the last-updated date. Material changes will be highlighted in a reasonable location. Continuing to use the service after an update means that you accept the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, stop using the service.
