VPNYH processes only the information needed to provide services, protect accounts and orders, and meet necessary obligations, without building a personal profile from specific access activity.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

No email address is required to create an account. Users can set up an account with a username and password. The system processes the username, password verification data, plan status, traffic usage, and necessary account activity records to authenticate users, display subscription status, calculate available traffic, and handle account requests.

When a subscription or traffic package is purchased, VPNYH stores the order number, product type, payable and paid amounts, payment status, creation time, and records related to refund handling. This data is used to complete transactions, verify orders, resolve disputes, and meet financial record obligations. Password verification data is not displayed on pages as readable text.

When the website is accessed, servers and analytics tools may process request times, pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device environment, network address, and error information. This data is used to analyze page performance, detect unusual requests, fix faults, and improve navigation. It is not used to determine which websites a user accesses through an acceleration route.

No-Logs Principle and Connection Records

VPNYH does not record which websites users access through international routes. It does not retain page content, complete URLs, search queries, or communication text, nor does it use such information to create a traceable browsing history. Traffic statistics in an account are used only to show plan usage and are not linked to any specific website or content.

During ordinary service operations, VPNYH does not retain historical connection logs that can link an account to a specific access destination. When a user reports a connection issue, VPNYH may request diagnostic information confirmed by the user and process it only for the time needed to investigate the issue. Once the issue is resolved, diagnostic materials are removed from ordinary ticket handling, except for records that must be retained by law.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use cookies or browser local storage to retain login status, interface preferences, language selection, and security verification results. This information keeps necessary state between page changes and reduces repeated actions. After related storage is disabled or cleared, some preferences return to their defaults and login status may become invalid.

Local storage is not used to save a list of sites accessed through the network acceleration service. Data used for analytics is processed separately from account feature data and is used only for website operations analysis, error diagnosis, and security protection.

Third-Party Payment Processing

VPNYH supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment services, which may collect information required to complete transactions under their own rules. VPNYH generally receives transaction identifiers, amounts, payment results, and necessary reconciliation information, and does not directly control data processing on third-party pages.

Users should read the privacy information provided by the relevant service before making a payment. Third-party payment services are responsible for the data they independently collect. VPNYH uses received transaction results only for order confirmation, after-sales support, refund verification, and necessary compliance purposes.

Data Retention, Security, and Sharing

Account and subscription information is retained while the account exists and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are kept for the period required to fulfill transaction, financial, and legal obligations. Website access analytics and security records are retained only as long as needed for analysis, fault handling, or risk review, then deleted or converted into aggregated information that cannot be directly linked to an account.

VPNYH applies access controls appropriate to the type of data and processing risks, limiting the scope of internal handling. Except when completing payments, providing necessary infrastructure, carrying out user requests, or meeting applicable obligations, VPNYH does not sell account information to other parties. Service providers may process data only within the scope required for their assigned tasks.

Access, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Users can view available account, subscription, and order information in the user panel. To correct information, close an account, or request deletion of relevant data, users can submit a request through the user panel's Submit a Ticket entry. VPNYH first verifies control of the account, then processes data eligible for deletion. Order or dispute records that must be retained by law will be deleted when the required period ends.

This policy may be updated when service features, data processing methods, or applicable requirements change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Significant changes to the scope of data processing will be accompanied by an appropriate notice on the website or user panel.
